The research I did to create this diagram was basically looking at my old blog posts and finding what we did before, and then translating it onto this bubbl.us doc. For the reactions, I used the examples from the Chemical Party, and in the whole diagram I included the basic stuff we learned.
I like the different examples of chemical reactions. They really illustrate chemistry in general. The diagrams are also a good component. Maybe you could put electrons, protons, and neutrons under the subcategory of elements.
